Funding Advice Service

Introduction

The aim of the Funding Advice Service is to help charitable and voluntary organisations to raise funds more effectively by giving them information and practical guidance.

Buckinghamshire Community Action has a Funding Advice Officer - Mr.Laurie Johnson - who provides advice for organisations seeking grants and funds. Laurie is normally available Monday- Thursday 9.30 to 5.00 but meetings can be arranged in the evening if it is more convenient for your group members. Meetings can be arranged at the BCA offices in Bierton or in your own community.

As well as giving information about funding, Laurie can help you with other  matters such as :

• Charitable Status
• Constitutions
• Budgets and Financial Controls
• Business Planning

We are not professional fundraisers and there is no charge for making use of the Funding Advice Service
